May I start by thanking you for a fantastic service. The tickets were there when you said they would be and you phoned to confirm they were at the hotel. Secondly, the seats we had couldn't of been better if we had picked where we wanted to sit ourselves (superb front row seats). We will be recommending you to everyone we know and we will definitely be using your services again.
